Refund Policy

Applies to: All membership reservations and locker add-ons at The Armory I, LLC

Reservation Deposit Refunds

The $1,000 Reservation Deposit is fully refundable under the following conditions:

  • The Prospective Member cancels their reservation before signing the Membership Documents.

  • The Prospective Member fails to return signed Membership Documents within ten (10) business days of receiving them.

  • The Club notifies the Prospective Member that it will not proceed with the Membership.

Refunds will be processed promptly and returned via the original payment method. No interest or offset will be applied.

Post-Membership Agreement

Once the Membership Documents are fully executed, the Reservation Deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied to the Initiation Fee.

Locker Reservations

Locker fees are non-refundable once billed unless:

  • The Armory is unable to fulfill the reserved locker size upon Club opening.

  • The Member cancels prior to the Club’s opening date.


Privacy Policy

Applies to: Visitors and Members of The Armory I, LLC

Information We Collect

  • Personal Info: Name, email, phone, address, and military/law enforcement status (if applicable)

  • Payment Info: Billing details for deposits, membership dues, and locker rentals

  • Communications: Emails, referrals, and correspondence with The Armory

How We Use Your Information

  • To process and manage reservations and memberships

  • To communicate updates regarding your account or The Armory's offerings

  • To maintain security and compliance with legal requirements

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with:

  • Service providers (e.g., payment processors)

  • Legal or government entities when required by law

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

Terms and Conditions

Applies to: Membership reservations and participation in The Armory’s services

Membership Reservation

Submitting a Reservation Deposit and signed Reservation Agreement holds your spot but does not guarantee membership. Membership is contingent upon full execution of Membership Documents and Club approval.

Review Period

Members have ten (10) business days from receipt of Membership Documents to review and execute them. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and full refund of the Reservation Deposit.

Locker Use

Locker rentals are optional and billed monthly. Members are responsible for ensuring firearms stored meet Club guidelines and legal standards.

Member Conduct

Members must comply with all Club rules, safety protocols, and legal requirements. Violation may result in termination of membership with no refund of paid dues.

Modifications

The Armory I, LLC reserves the right to modify these policies, Club rules, and fees with reasonable notice.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Florida law and under the jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County courts.
