  • Kaj Larsen

    FOUNDER

    Lieutenant Commander Kaj Larsen is a former Navy SEAL officer with 13 years of service, leading Special Operations missions across the globe. He most recently supported Ukrainian forces and now serves as Commander of the Special Missions Unit of the Florida State Guard.

    A Harvard University graduate and three-time Emmy-nominated journalist, Kaj co-founded veteran organizations The Mission Continues and Team Rubicon, and founded Guild Financial, a fintech company acquired by Siebert Financial in 2023. He now serves as Siebert’s Head of Military Investing and Communications. When not leading ventures, Kaj volunteers as a science diver for Force Blue. He splits his time between Los Angeles and Miami — though the ocean is home.

  • Ronnie Vogel

    FOUNDER

    Ronnie Vogel is a Miami native, entrepreneur, and avid arms collector with a deep appreciation for both craftsmanship and tactical skill. His passion for firearms was shaped early on by his father, a respected gun manufacturer and importer, instilling in him a lifelong respect for weapons as tools of discipline, self-defense, and sport.

    Vogel is well known for his championship-winning career in professional motorsports, with multiple world titles in Sprint and Endurance GT Racing. He later expanded into successful ventures including Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale and Jet Ski of Miami. Today, his entrepreneurial efforts extend into aviation and commercial real estate, with developments underway at Opa-Locka and Miami Executive Airports.

  • Eric Greenwald

    FOUNDER

    Eric is a builder—of businesses, places, and opportunities. Trained as an attorney, he left law to pursue real estate and entrepreneurship. Since 2008, he’s led major developments at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, launching Orion Jet Center (later acquired by Atlantic Aviation) and playing a key role in creating The Concours Club. The airport is now the fastest-growing GA airport in the U.S.

    Outside the airport, Eric co-founded the Wynwood School of Music and has led major real estate projects, including at Miami Executive Airport. He also consults for aviation real estate companies and multifamily developers.

    Eric sits on the board of Young Musicians Unite, Florida’s largest music access program, and lives in Miami Beach with his wife and three children.
